This site should work however you use the web.
We build to WCAG 2.1 Level AA. If something here blocks you, tell us and we will fix it, and we will tell you when it is fixed.
The standard we build to
This site aims to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, Level AA, and we test against the Level AA additions in WCAG 2.2.
What that means in practice
- Every page works from the keyboard alone, with a visible focus ring on whatever is focused.
- The page content does not depend on JavaScript. With scripts blocked, the full text of every page is still there, and the booking form still sends.
- Text contrast is at least 4.5:1, and the borders of form fields are at least 3:1.
- Images that carry meaning have alternative text; decorative ones are hidden from screen readers.
- Video that plays on its own can always be stopped with the pause control under it, and pausing is remembered on your next visit.
- If your device is set to reduce motion, video starts paused and nothing is fetched until you press Play.
- Pages use real headings in order, landmarks and a skip link.
- Tap targets are at least 24 by 24 pixels.
- The booking form labels every field, describes errors in words, and moves focus to the first field that needs attention.
How we test
Every release is checked with axe-core across every page at phone and desktop widths, a reflow check at 320 pixels, keyboard and focus checks, a pass with scripting disabled, and checks on the video pause control and form field contrast. Automated tools catch only part of the real barriers, so tell us about anything they miss.
Where we know we fall short
- Our vertical cuts are short videos made for social feeds, and they play without sound on this site. They do not have audio description or transcripts. Each one has a text label and alternative text saying what it shows.
- We have not commissioned a third-party audit or published a VPAT. If you need either, ask.
Tell us if something blocks you
If any part of this site is hard or impossible to use, we want to hear it, and you do not need to explain why or name a guideline. Email hello@elitecreatif.com with "Z Visualz accessibility" in the subject, or call (424) 722-7427.
If you could not get something you needed from this site, tell us what it was and we will get it to you another way in the meantime.
