Who we are

Elite Cratif LLC, doing business as Z Visualz is a California limited liability company at 3952 City Terrace Dr, Los Angeles, CA 90063. Z Visualz is the production arm of Elite Créatif. Questions about this policy go to hello@elitecreatif.com or (424) 722-7427.

What we collect

Information you give us

When you send the booking form we receive what you enter: your name, email, company, phone number if you give one, the kind of work you need, when and where, and your message. When you email or call us we keep that correspondence.

What we do not collect

This site runs no analytics, no advertising pixels and no tracking tags, and sets no cookies. It does not read campaign parameters from the link that brought you here.

A setting kept in your browser

If you pause the video on a page, your browser remembers that choice in its local storage so the video stays paused on your next visit. It holds only the word paused or playing, never leaves your device, and you can clear it with your browser's site data.

Server logs

Our hosting provider records standard request logs, including IP address, user agent and the pages requested, for security and reliability. These are kept for a short period and are not used for marketing.

How we use it

• To reply to your enquiry and to plan, quote and schedule the shoot.
• To keep the site and the form secure and working, including filtering spam.

We do not sell personal information, and we do not share it with third parties for their own marketing.

Who we share it with

A small number of service providers process data on our behalf and under contract:

• Vercel hosts the site and the form endpoint.
• HighLevel (LeadConnector) is our CRM. Form submissions are stored there so we can reply.

We may also disclose information if the law requires it, or to protect our rights, our clients or the public.

How long we keep it

Enquiries and CRM records are kept while we are in contact and for up to three years after the last interaction, unless you ask us to delete them sooner.

Your rights

You can ask us what personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email hello@elitecreatif.com with Z Visualz in the subject and we will respond within 30 days. We will not treat you differently for exercising these rights.

California residents

Under the California Consumer Privacy Act you have the right to know what personal information we collect and how it is used, the right to request deletion, the right to correct inaccurate information, and the right not to be discriminated against for exercising those rights. We do not sell or share personal information. You may designate an authorized agent to make a request on your behalf; we will ask for proof of authorization.

Visitors outside the United States

This site is operated from the United States and information is processed here. If you contact us from elsewhere, your information will be transferred to and stored in the United States.

Children

This site is for businesses and is not directed at children under 16. We do not knowingly collect information from them. If you believe a child has sent us information, email us and we will delete it.

Security

Form submissions travel over HTTPS and are stored in systems with access limited to the people who need it to reply to you. No method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Changes

If we change this policy we will update the effective date at the top of this page. Material changes will be noted here for at least 30 days.
