Where the work has been
In the kitchens of The Kluckin Chicken, a hot chicken brand with four Los Angeles locations, shooting the food for ads that each store can count at the register. At the Saban Theatre in Beverly Hills, where the Layali Zaman Orchestra plays its Winter Concert: there we cut the orchestra's own stage footage into thirteen verticals, and say so on the page.
Why a local crew matters
Most of what we shoot happens where the business already is. A crew that is a drive away can come back for the dish that was not ready, the hour when the light is right, or the second location. Footage shot on site looks like the place a customer will walk into, which is the point.
